How do I know if this program will work for my course/club?

Before FMS commits to your course, we review your specific criteria and run a detailed demographic analysis.  This will provide us with the necessary information needed to ensure that our program is a good fit for you.  This information will also allow FMS to create revenue projections.

How much do I have to pay for the program?

Our program is completely “self-funded”, and is designed to pay for itself.  At no time, will you be asked to pay any “up-front” costs for the program.  In fact, if for any reason the program does not raise the necessary revenue to fund the program, you will have no obligation to continue.

Why will we be offering a "2-year" membership?

Over the years, our research has showed us that the only way to truly grow the game of golf is through building relationships with your golfers.  Since we can’t do that with a 4-hour round of golf, we are asking your new members to make a 2-year commitment to play at your course.  This way, we will have the opportunity to build these relationships, and eventually have the chance to upgrade these members to a full membership in the future.

Won't my current members get upset that we are offering this program?

Not at all.  Before we even begin, we will review with you the benefits your current members are entitled too.  We will then be able to design a “limited” membership to offer through our program, and your new members will not be entitled to the same privileges.  We will also send all of your members a letter letting them know about the program so there are no surprises. 

Who handles all of the revenue that is generated from the program?

You.  All of the revenue generated (credit cards, checks, cash) are collected by you and deposited into your bank account….not ours.

How does FMS get paid?

FMS gets paid on performance ONLY.  In other words, if you don’t make money than neither does FMS.

Won't my current members "jump over" to this new membership?

NO. It has been our experience that no more than 6% of your current members will want to “migrate” over to the new membership. They simply do not want to be restricted in any way.

How soon can we get started?

In most cases we can get the program up and running within 3-5 days. 

Will FMS provide my staff with training?

Absolutely.  FMS will have one of our well-trained managers come to your club and train all of your staff.  Usually, this will take about two hours.
